At Vitalize Face and Body you will see Dr. Richard Heldt for Weight Loss, Fat Freeze, Botox and Filler procedures. Unlike other Medical Spas, he is the one who actually does the procedures and not an assistant or another person who does not have his 22 years experience as an anesthesiologist.

Skin with Jen performs all facials in the office. She has over 20 years experience as a medical assistant and over 4 years in the Medical Spa field. She can help you decide on what procedures will work the best for the issues you would like to address.

Dr. Richard C Heldt, MD specializes in anesthesiology in Weatherford, TX and has over 22 years of experience in the field of medicine. He graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School Of Medicine with his medical degree in 1997.

He is affiliated with numerous hospitals in Texas and more, including Medical City Weatherford. Dr. Richard C Heldt is licensed to practice by the state board in Texas (L2932).

He opened Vitalize Face and Body in 2016.

Jennifer Thurman – MA, LME, SLT. has over 20 years experience as a medial assistant and certified aesthetician and has work with Dr, Heldt since the clinic opened in 2016.
